Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over 45 euros within the Netherlands and over 50 euros to Belgium. For orders below 45 euros within the Netherlands, a shipping fee of 5.95 euros will be charged. This amount refers to the cost of the products and does not include shipping costs. Currently, we ship with DHL or PostNL. Orders for the Netherlands placed before 23:45 are dispatched on the same business day, except in exceptional cases. Unless there are further delays from the courier, you should receive your order on the next business day.

You can choose to pick up your order at a collection point. Here you can choose between DHL or PostNL. Unfortunately, we do not yet ship to PostNL's parcel machines. If you select this option, another pick-up point will automatically be chosen (obviously nearby).

After an order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and providing a track & trace code. We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL or PostNL.

We currently ship throughout Europe. You can see the shipping costs per country in the shopping cart.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days, provided the products have not been removed from their packaging, used, or damaged. 

If you want to return a product, please notify us within 14 days.

After you have reported the products for return, you have another 14 days to return the product. The return of the products is at your own risk and the shipping costs are at your own expense. Try to send the products back in the original box.

Return Notification

Once we have received your returned order, we will refund the amount to the account you used to pay. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt. If you would like to exchange the products, please contact us.

Warranty

The products come with a two-month warranty. If a product breaks within this time, you can contact us with a brief explanation of what happened and a photo of the broken product. If any products arrive broken, you can also contact us. We will look at each situation individually and find a suitable solution.
